This 11'x11' room has 2 full size beds with a tub. It has 2 windows; one window has a view of the front lawn and the other on the back parking lot. The room has a ceiling fan, its own climate control, TV, a desk, and a safe. It accomodates 2 adults nicely with 2 small children aged up to 12. We do not allow more than 2 adults in the room.
